LuxBud LLC ("Company") is committed to providing excellent service and quality products to our customers. To ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner, we have established a Shipping Terms policy. This policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the Company and its customers with respect to the shipment of items purchased from LuxBud LLC.
1. Delivery Times: Unless otherwise specified by the Company, all orders will be shipped within two business days of purchase. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by weight and size of order, as well as the shipping address provided by the customer. All shipping costs will be included on the customer’s invoice.
3. Shipping Methods: The Company reserves the right to select an appropriate shipping method for each order placed with LuxBud LLC. The Company may utilize any major carrier available in order to deliver packages in a timely manner at our discretion. Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method with insurance for their order.
4. Tracking Numbers: Customers will be provided with a tracking number for their order via email once the package has been shipped from our facility. We encourage customers to use these tracking numbers to keep up-to-date on their shipment’s progress toward its destination.
5. Lost or Damaged Goods: The Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit, regardless of the circumstances surrounding said loss or damage (e.g., weather conditions, carrier error). If goods arrive damaged in any way, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can work towards resolving any issues related to said damage in a timely fashion.
6. Returns: No returns are accepted on any orders placed through LuxBud LLC due to sanitation and product safety unless otherwise determined by us here at headquarters in which case a full refund or exchange (less shipping cost) must be made within 30 days of purchase date and must include original packaging and invoice/receipt information in order for said refund/exchange to occur; returned items must also be free from any signs of wear or damage caused after delivery before being accepted for refund/exchange purposes; if such wear or damage is found on returned goods, no refund/exchange will be issued at that time and you may be responsible for additional charges related to repair/replacement of said item(s).
7. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order prior to its shipment from our facility, please contact us as soon as possible via phone, email, or website chat feature so that we may process your cancellation request accordingly; however, please note that if your cancellation request is received after we have begun processing your order for shipment (i.e., after 2 business days), you may still be liable for shipping costs associated with said order even if it ends up being cancelled at your request before delivery occurs.
8. International Orders: We only ship orders placed through our website within the United States of America; international orders are not accepted at this time due to restrictions imposed by certain countries on certain ingredients used in our cosmetics products; thus it is imperative that customers check their respective country’s laws prior to ordering goods from LuxBud LLC.
9. Backordered Items: In some cases items may not be available when an order is placed; these “backordered” items are estimated to take 2-3 weeks for fulfillment depending on availability at time of ordering and when necessary components arrive at our facility here at LuxBud LLC headquarters!
10. Modifications & Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Terms policy at any time without notice; all modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on this page unless otherwise specified by us here at LuxBud LLC headquarters!
